off. is a campaign focused on screen addiction by bringing awareness to people through multiple approaches, Such As posters, paper flyers, Websites, stickers, existing products, and much more. While showing the statistics of phone addiction in a lighthearted way by taking witty jabs and dad jokes. off. provides resources and methods to keep users off their phones and establish long-term healthy practices.
